Hi everyone! This blog is going to act as a journal that will track my progress living a healthier life. I currently exercise very infrequently and eat very unhealthy foods. Not only has this caused me to feel like crap, but I don't look the way I want to either! Be warned, this is NOT a pro-ana or thinspo blog, I am commited to doing this the healthy way, and I'm doing it for me! This is my place to share my process, and I hope I can help others along the way :)
