Sorry I haven’t been posting too often, I’ve been focusing on school and work and a bunch of other stuff….BUT I am posting to say that I have finally found the trick to me losing weight!!! It’s an app for iPhone called MyFitnessPal and it tracks your calorie intake, exercise and water intake and shows you how many calories you should be consuming and projected weight loss. I have been using this app since last Wednesday (almost a week) and it works soooo well. It’s fun and super easy to do and I am LOSING WEIGHT!!!! FINALLY!!!! I know it’s difficult to lose weight ( I have been struggling like crazy since I started this blog) but don’t lose hope! It may take a while and trying different approaches but you WILL find something that works for you like I have, and it will feel great! Anyways I will keep you all updated as my weight loss journey progresses :)
