So after falling off the horse 3 or 4 times since I’ve started this blog, I have begun eating much healthier and exercising again. It was really difficult around finals and Christmas time to keep track of what I was eating so I basically just gave up, which didn’t feel to good :( However I’m back on track as of January 1st and I’m nothing if not more enthusiastic to eat health and live healthy! wooo! Your messages of support have been amazing, and I’m really going to try my best to do some more personal updates on my weight loss status, as well as the usual Fitspiration stuff I reblog :) Stay tuned for the awesomeness!
